This service includes delivery to the curb and does not include unpacking, plugging in, installation or debris removal. This delivery type is used for heavy and oversized items (large TVs, large furniture and large appliances).
White glove home delivery is available for the nominal fee of $99 when placed at the time of the order. However, if the product has already been shipped, white glove delivery will be $299.* ^
Services include delivery within the first floor of your home plus uncrating, setting your goods in place and removing the packing material. It does not include installation of any type. Please make sure to have the areas inside where the product will be placed easily accessible and the path to these areas clear of obstructions, including removing any doors to get the product inside. Please take special care to ensure on all large appliance purchases, that these items will fit thru your doors based on the dimensions provided on our website for your convenience. +

Delivery destination needs to be readily accessible by delivery trucks. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. Small items like cooktops and microwaves will be shipped directly to you by parcel services (e.g. DHL, FedEx, or UPS). If you do not receive your order within these time parameters, please call us so we may track your order.
Confirmation of your order and delivery will be sent via e-mail or a phone call. An outside shipping company will contact you directly to arrange for a convenient delivery time. (You will experience delays if the shipping company can not contact you).

A back-ordered product is a product that is temporarily out of stock.
It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly once it arrives. Though the box and packaging may seem perfect, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. Before signing for your product, check for both internal and external damage. If you notice damage to the product or if the shipper refuses to let you inspect the items, sign for the product as damaged and call us immediately or, if we are closed, the next day that we are open. Failure to do so releases the shipper of all liability and exposes you to shipping and restocking fees, so please do not sign for your product as clean if you are unsure.
If you have received a defective unit, many manufacturers may require a simple service call to address or diagnose the issue. We will be happy to assist you with any service issues.
Goedeker's is an Authorized Retailer for every brand we sell. All items come with a full manufacturer's warranty, normally of one full year. Any potential problem related to a defect can be handled through the warranty and won't need to be returned. You can contact the manufacturer directly. The number for service is usually in their use and care manual. The shipper charges $40 / 15 minute increment to wait while doors are removed or a path is clear. If any charge is incurred, you will be billed for it. Once an order has been shipped, White Glove Delivery charges can not be refunded if the delivery company fails to perform all delivering services because of circumstances at the delivery. Also, $199.99 is charged for built-in refrigeration delivery instead of the normal rate.^PLEASE NOTE:
There is a $300 charge for any orders that need to be delivered with a ferry. This is a non-negotiable flat fee. The most common areas that need a ferry for delivery include: Fire Island, Shelter Island, parts of Washington State and parts of Massachusetts (Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, etc.).
