Although Goedeker's is one of the largest independent retailers of home appliances in the nation, we are still committed to family-oriented service. We are a family business, now in our third generation. How do I reach customer service?

Where's my order?

Shortly after your order ships, you should receive an email with tracking information. If for some reason you don't receive that email, please call 1-888-768-1710. A customer service representative will be glad to assist you.

Does Goedeker's offer appliance rebates?

Of course we do! And since Goedeker's is a trusted dealer, we get even more rebates than some other stores.

There are always a number of appliance rebates available. Start searching at Goedekers.com.

Is my product in stock and available?

We order our products directly from the manufacturer and do not keep full stock of all products in our warehouse. Therefore, all products that are listed on our site are available as reported by the manufacturer and to the best of our knowledge.

There are some exceptions to this rule and we will display availability on the product page as follow:

  • Availability: Pre Order - this is an upcoming model and available for pre-order only.
  • Availability: Special Order - this is a made to order product and shipping time will be extended.
Can I get additional information about my order or products?

How do brands compare with one another?

All of our brands offer high quality products, otherwise we wouldn't sell them. If you would like to compare specific products or models from different brands side-by-side, you may use our “Add to Compare” checkbox in the product search results. Check up to four boxes and compare using the compare button at the top of the search.

Do you have any other discounts?

Our sale prices are listed on the product page. Occasionally, manufacturers offer rebates for different models. Feel free to check our rebates page to see if one applies to your product.

What if the price goes down after I purchase?

Our prices are adjusted daily to make sure you receive the lowest price possible.

If you make a purchase and the price of that product goes down afterward, we can offer a one time price adjustment to the lower price. We will adjust the price only one time per product and it must happen before the product ships.

Note: The customer must request the price adjustment.

What if a mistake is made when I place my order?

Does one back-ordered item delay my whole order?

Currently, one back-ordered item does delay the entire order. However, we are improving our ordering system, so this shouldn't be an issue in the coming months.

What is the difference between overstock and regular products?

All of our overstock items are brand new in box and come with a full manufacturer warranty. The only difference is that we have several of them already in our warehouse. These items are discounted and usually ship faster.

Do you offer builder discounts?

Do you deliver to my state?

We deliver to the 48 contiguous United States only. This does not include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO, and FPO.

Do you ship to Canada or Mexico?

No, we do not offer shipping to Canada or Mexico. We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States; we do not ship internationally.

I live on an island. Can my order be delivered by a ferry?

Yes, your order can be delivered by a ferry. Just keep in mind that there is a non-negotiable $300 flat fee for any orders that need to be delivered by ferry.

Can I use a shipping address different than the billing address?

Yes, you can use a shipping address different than the billing address for the delivery of your items. However, before we can process your order you must either:

  1. List your shipping address with your financial institution or
  2. Fax or email a copy of your driver’s license and a utility bill with your name and address to 1-636-438-1351 or email to finance@goedekers.com.

Please allow us 24-48 hours to complete the verification process.

Does Goedeker's offer free shipping on any items?

We offer free standard shipping on major appliance orders over $499 and on select furniture, plumbing, and lighting products. Click here for more details.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on major appliance orders over $499 and on select furniture, plumbing, and lighting products.

For major appliance orders under $499, there is a standard shipping charge of $99.99.

Can I get express shipping?

Unfortunately, that is not an option we offer. But we will do our best to deliver your product as fast as possible!

What are Entryway and Inside Delivery?

Entryway Delivery includes delivery of your item(s) to the first covered area of your residence or business.

Entryway Delivery does not include delivery inside your home. For this option, please see Inside Delivery below

Inside Delivery includes in-home delivery of your item and placement in the room of your choice. Appliance products include un-boxing of product (This doesn't include trash removal).

Inside Delivery does not include removal of boxes, removal of old appliances, stacking of appliances, installation or plugging in of the products or haul away of old items.

What are the policies of your delivery carrier?

We work with many different carriers in delivering orders, and the policies for each carrier may vary. If you have any questions about the policies of the carrier assigned to your order, please contact us.

Do you offer Installation of new appliances and removal of old appliances?

Yes, we do offer installation of new appliances and removal of old appliances to select ZIP codes. Enter your ZIP code on the product page or in the shopping cart to see if it is offered in your area.

Is it possible to have someone install my new appliance if my ZIP code shows it does not offer installation?

Yes. We have partnered with Installs.com to offer installation of appliances to all areas we do not cover. Please visit https://goedekers.installs.com/ to learn more.

When will I receive my product?

Shipping time is typically 1-2 weeks for most brands. Please read our delivery guidelines to help you better prepare for the arrival of your order.

What is your return policy?

Will my delivery carrier remove the doors of my new appliance for me?

Some delivery companies will be able to remove parts of a new appliance, such as doors, to allow for proper placement. Typically there is a charge for this service.

Not all carriers will remove refrigerator doors. If your delivery carrier can remove the doors, an additional fee will need to be paid to the carrier. Please double check your measurements to avoid any delays or additional fees.

Yes, we offer a variety of warranties for appliances and most furniture items.

Why should I get an extended warranty?

One service call on a major appliance can be greater than the cost of an extended warranty. A protection plan gives you peace of mind.

Can I add a warranty after purchase?

Yes, you can add a warranty on any appliance purchase up to the day of delivery.

I have an extended warranty with Goedeker's. How do I file a claim?

Filing a claim is hassle free. Simply call 1-888-446-8008 and everything will be handled.

LOCAL INSTALLATION OPTIONS FOR ST. LOUIS AREA CUSTOMERS

Call 636-207-7277 for more details on how to add Installation to your order.

Your products will be delivered with either Curbside or White Glove Delivery before your scheduled installation date, and normal shipping and delivery fees will apply. The installer will then install your appliances on your pre-scheduled date.

* If alteration to your home or utilities is required, there may be extra charges for additional services needed. You must pay the installer for any additional services at time of installation.

Does my appliance come with a power cord?

Yes, most appliances come with power cords.

However, ranges and clothes dryers do not come with power cords. This is standard practice in the appliance industry. Click here to learn why.

However, there's no need to worry. We carry the power cords you need.
