Learning is fun with Levenhuk Rainbow 2L Lime Microscope! The bright and stylish body attracts everyone's attention -- such a present will not only be useful, but also pleasant. This amazing microscope will give a young explorer an opportunity to find out how plants and animals are made and how different familiar objects look when magnified many times. The microscope comes with an experiment kit to carry out some of the most interesting experiments.

High-quality glass optics
The lenses are made of special optical glass, which is distinguished by a high level of transparency and doesn't distort the view. Multilayer coating of the optics increases light transmission and makes produced images clear and sharp. The microscope comes with three objective lenses, making the microscope capable of 10x, 40x and 400x magnifications. Changing magnification is very easy -- it's done by rotating the revolving nosepiece.

Combined illumination
Two bright LED illumination systems of this microscope allow the user to observe a great number of different samples. To observe transparent samples in transmitted light, use lower illumination. This way you can observe any prepared slides as well as other transparent samples such as aquarium water, for example. Upper illumination makes it possible to work with opaque objects -- you can study objects made of metal, paper, fabrics and other materials in reflected light. Both illuminations on enable you to observe semi-transparent samples. The brightness is easily adjustable so you can find the perfect level of illumination for every slide.

Smart design
Body made of quality plastic makes the microscope lightweight and reliable. To prevent fatigue during observations, the head is inclined at 45 Degree. The instrument is perfect for observing indoors as well as outdoors -- it can be powered by AC as well as batteries.
