Add detergent one time and it will use what it needs for up to 36 loads. Very convenient. Balances itself very well, even with bulky loads. The price was right. Saved almost $500 over [@] price. No tax and free shipping. Shipping was not very fast but worth the wait.

This machine looks great and is rated highly by consumer reports. The only problem is when you order it they don't have any, and you'll have to wait until the end of March to get one.
