After waiting over 6 weeks after I placed the order, this thing made loud clanging/rattling noise after it started heating up. Called Whirlpool. Sent out tech. Removed some plastic part he called superfluous. Still made noise. Came out again next week and removed yet another part he said was not needed. Still made noise. Has many functions. Dries in no time. Holds a lot of clothes. Great for sheets, comforters and quilts. Haven't had a chance to explore all options yet. But, so far, so good!
