We've had the freezer for 6 months now and it really works flawlessly. The center basket works great and has a small clip that keeps it sliding on it's tracks. The bottom basket however does not and so it drops off the tracks and gets stuck. We have kids who get upset that the stuck basket causes the door to remain open a crack, and so they try to force the basket back into the freezer only making
