I use this for all my deep frying. It sits in my kitchen poised, ready and clean until I need it. Then all I have to do is pour the clean oil in and turn it on. When I finish frying I switch the lever and turn it off. After the oil has cooled to the proper temperature it drains through a filter into the collection tank. Then I easily can clean the inside of the fryer to make sure it is ready f
