We are thrilled with the depenablity of the Speed Queen after our NEW Maytag Bravos has broken down twice in the 3 years that we have owned it and the repairs are excessive. Our only complaint is R&L Delivery...they are the worst. Would not cooperate on delivery, failed to call within the 30minute delivery time frame and when told to drop it in a specific area, they did not.

This machine is great for all our laundry needs. We are very proud owners of it and highly recommend it to anyone. Anytime that we e-mailed for a status report, we received a report from Customer Support in a timely manner.
