100 Day Comfort Guarantee
Comfort is probably the most important factor in choosing a mattress. When purchasing a mattress online, it can sometimes be a challenge to determine comfort level. At Goedeker's we understand this, which is why we offer our 100 Day Comfort Guarantee. We want you to have complete comfort with your new mattress, so we will exchange it up to 100 days after delivery. Adjusting to a new mattress can take some time, which is why we ask that you wait two weeks after delivery to contact us with an exchange request. Here are our guidelines that must be followed:.
- Mattresses are not refundable.
- This exchange offer is not valid until 2 weeks after the delivery date.
- This exchange offer remains valid for 100 days after the delivery date.
- The new mattress must be the same size as the original mattress.
- We will not refund the difference in price if you exchange for a lower priced mattress.
- If the new mattress has a higher price than the original mattress you must pay the price difference.
- You must pay a $99 processing fee.
- You must pay the full price for the new mattress plus the $99 processing fee upfront. After the original mattress is returned to us, we will issue you the appropriate refund.
- The original mattress must be returned to us undamaged and without any stains or soiling of any kind. This requires you to package the mattress properly so that it will not get damaged or soiled while in transit. If the mattress is damaged or contains stains or soiling of any kind upon return, no refund will be given.
- We will deliver the new mattress at the same time we pick up the original mattress.
- This exchange is limited to one per customer.
