The Sealy Posturepedic Chaumont Firm Mattress has a firm top layer. This layer does have 3 inches of SealyFoam but it does not provide as much cushioning as a pillow top or plush mattress would.

How does this work?

Your mattress will arrive about 2-3 weeks from the time you order. This is an estimate only, actual delivery date will be sent via email after your order is placed.
You will be called to arrange the delivery when your mattress has arrived at your local delivery office, usually about a week after ordering. Someone must be home at the time of delivery to accept and sign for the mattress.
Once you have reviewed your mattress for any damages and signed for the mattress as ,clean, the mattress will be brought into your home and placed in the preferred room. We will take the mattress up a maximum of one flight of stairs. (Any additional arrangements are subject to charge.) The packing materials will be removed.
If you choose, we will haul away your old mattress for free!

Please make sure to have the areas inside where the product will be placed easily accessible and the path to these areas clear of obstructions, including removing any doors to get the product inside.

NOTE: The shipper charges $40/15 minute increment for waiting while doors are removed or a path is cleared. If any charge is incurred, you will be billed for it.

100 Day Comfort Guarantee

Comfort is probably the most important factor in choosing a mattress. When purchasing a mattress online, it can sometimes be a challenge to determine comfort level. At Goedeker's we understand this, which is why we offer our 100 Day Comfort Guarantee. We want you to have complete comfort with your new mattress, so we will exchange it up to 100 days after delivery. Adjusting to a new mattress can take some time, which is why we ask that you wait two weeks after delivery to contact us with an exchange request. Here are our guidelines that must be followed:.

Mattresses are not refundable.
This exchange offer is not valid until 2 weeks after the delivery date.
This exchange offer remains valid for 100 days after the delivery date.
The new mattress must be the same size as the original mattress.
We will not refund the difference in price if you exchange for a lower priced mattress.
If the new mattress has a higher price than the original mattress you must pay the price difference.
You must pay a $99 processing fee.
You must pay the full price for the new mattress plus the $99 processing fee upfront. After the original mattress is returned to us, we will issue you the appropriate refund.
The original mattress must be returned to us undamaged and without any stains or soiling of any kind. This requires you to package the mattress properly so that it will not get damaged or soiled while in transit. If the mattress is damaged or contains stains or soiling of any kind upon return, no refund will be given.
We will deliver the new mattress at the same time we pick up the original mattress.
This exchange is limited to one per customer.
