After waiting 3 weeks for the fridge, the ice maker didn't work. 2 calls to samsung then 2 service calls. The service tech said something is wrong under the bottom, & not letting water travel thru. ( not serviceable ) He said samsung would contact me within 48 hrs to credit back or send a new fridge. It has been over a week & no call.

I use the ice crusher daily for protein shakes. Seemed a little noisy off and on in the beginning days of use, resolved. (My dog took a week to get used to the new sound of ice/water/......LOL!!
