In addition, Miele's Touchtronic washing machine offers more specialty programs to clean silks and other delicate hand washables you would normally dry clean. Surprisingly, you don't need an engineering degree to use it; a simple approach allows you to quickly and easily select a cycle that will automatically adjust the water, temperature, soak and spin speeds to manage your cleaning task.

Both this washer and its tumbler counterpart are available with unique dacor/integrated panels that allow you to cover the front of the system in cabinetry, and the similarly integrated panel design allows your laundry system to blend seamlessly into any part of the home.

This model is equipped with internal heating elements that can raise the water temperature to the necessary level for sanitization. This mechanism allows you to lower the temperature of your hot water heater to save money and prevent scalding.
