after over 5 months of multiple service calls,rude and "who-cares" customer service, advice from our attorney, and complaints to consumer protection agency, a Maytag executive office representative contacted me and arranged for replacement of oven. We are still in the trial period but so far so good. I realize that all mechanical products may have a dud here and there, but the customer service was

Very straight forward. No fancy controls or keypad controls,like the top of the line Convection oven that I replaced with this unit because the diagnostics always turned the unit off.

This product is the worst. Only had for 5 months and tomorrow will be 4th service call for heating problems. THe oven is either heating too hot or too cool. Here it is Christmas, and my baking is on hold ...again.
