I fully agree with Jim the Runner.I bought this refrigerator because it was less than Sub Zero and the salesman was singing its' praises.From the start, the drain inside the fridge froze and there was water leakage that constantly had to be cleaned up.The wire shelving is not a good design-it was constantly popping out of its holding.The freezer always had ice build up and had to be defrosted ever

Hinges were failing, recalled. Constantly ices due to poor door design and inadequate drainage in freezer compartment. If you ever need an inverter it will come from Europe [...], during which time you are S.O.L. However, it looks great and is quiet. Often it is extremely quiet because it is not working
