This is my second kitchenaid ice maker in 18 months. The first one died in 12 months, and was replaced (at my expense, warranty was 3 days expired). The second one died after 6 months, a new pump was installed, and a computer board replaced and it STILL doesn't make ice. The service man told me that these ice machines are "money pits". He is scheduled to return today. He has been to my house

This was as advertised. Product delivered on time. I installed it in about an hour and within another hour it started making ice. The bin stays full of small cubed ice. This is a good choice.
