I love how quiet this dishwasher is. I can start a load late at night without waking everyone up. We've only had this for about a month, so we cannot comment on reliability. However, we had our old KitchenAid for 9 years, and just thought it was time to update. I've owned about 5 dishwashers and this is by far the best. We just purchased a new house a year ago that came with top of the line Samsung. The dishwasher was aweful so we invested in this one. This dishwasher is good value when compared to the competition. It's very quiet and has an attractive design. It does its job well provided you rinse very dirty dishes first. Simple controls, easy to install. Would recommend.

I have had this washer for approximately one month and am very pleased so far. Number1Direct Customer Service was very professional, didn't spend but 10 minutes on the phone to finalize the entire sale. I did have to pay for delivery, but that was expected, I was out of their restricted delivery area for free shipping as dictated by the manufacturer. Still, the cost of the product plus delivery
