The KitchenAid KGRS505XSS 30 inch freestanding gas range offers five burners and an interchangeable center grate. Simply replace the center grate with the cast iron griddle for cooking pancakes, paninis, quickly and easily. The 6.0 cu. ft. double oven allows even baking of multiple dishes at once. Its even-heat true convection system cooks foods faster than a conventional oven, so cooking meals takes less time. The time and temperature conversion system helps set convection cooking options easily, eliminating guesswork.

Patented Satinglide roll-out racks make it easy to pull out racks and remove large items or check foods during baking. The KitchenAid KGRS505XSS is self-cleaning, eliminating the need for scrubbing baked-on foods caused by spills and splatters. The range also has an easy-to-clean stainless steel finish. Easy to use and even easier to clean, this range removes the hassle from cooking for the family or guests.

I have only had it for a couple of weeks and still experimenting with the different burners and ovens. I used the convection feature for the first time and will need to adjust to it for baking. I am looking forward to using the bread proofing feature. I love how quick I can get things to boil. I just need to be careful not to boil over now since it takes less time and heat. My husband loves the in

Horrible design, liquids spill from cooktop through glass doors, unreachable except by a "Certified Technician" otherwise warranty is void. Knobs turn very loosely, leaking gas and no safety shut off. I would NEVER buy this again, nor would I reccomend it. Too pricey for cheap workmanship!

Workmanship is very poor. Found loose screws. Oven needs to completely wipe down before use. The oven needs to burn for 1hr to clear up the smell. Found a defect with the gas lite. Contact Kitchenaid, they don't have a service agent in the big city of san jose, CA. I never thought that a big mftg like KitchenAid is so limited with they services. I would not recommend this product. [...]

Great to have two ovens, however both our ovens were burning on one side. The first tech sent by the store barely investigated the issue, he called Whirlpool support and they told him to tell us to check our gas pressure (now it's the customers defect??) and that some ovens have 'hot spots'! Really? This from the company that boasts about "the most even baking across the racks"? The store sent a d

This oven looks great and cooks great. The smaller top oven is so convenient as most people are not baking cakes every night. I saved over $700.00 on this one item. Great deal.
