I left a review a couple of days ago. The service man came out. The verdict is the heating element that makes the ice maker rotate and dump out the ice is defective. He ordered a totally new ice maker and is coming back next week. From day 1 the ice maker wouldn't work. I called KitchenAid's 800# to make sure it wasn't improper installation but the water function works fine, just won't make ice. And the highest temp setting for the fridge is only 46 and drinks and lettuce/fruit are freezing. the highest setting for the freezer is 6 degrees. I don't know if it's that way with all KitchenAid's or if this is another warran
