This is a very nice cooktop. The center burner is great for big pots and boils pasta water fast. I chose it because it is a 30 inch and still has 5 burners. I was replacing an old cooktop and the granite was already cut for 30 inches so it fit well in my kitchen. I highly recommend you get the protective coating they can provide at a small additional cost to make it even easier to clean. I sim
