Easy to install, had to move my gas line, but that was not an issue. I really wanted a five burner cooktop. My only wish was that I had room for the 36"! I must say that the way this is designed it looks larger than a 30". Heats up a large pan of water for pasta much faster than my previous Jenn-Air cooktop. This 5 burner 30" cooktop is really versatile. I do a lot of canning and the large middle burner clinched it for me. The controls are in the front, which means you get to use the full 30" width. The stainless steel wipes clean without scrubbing, which is something the old ceramic cooktop did not do.

The burners are smooth and easy to operate. Cooking part is fine. But sometimes, especially after cleaning the cooktop, after turning on one burner, the electronic ignition periodically (roughtly 10sec) goes on. Since other burners are off, nothing happens. It stops after couple of minutes. That is not expected to happen.
