I would give this negative stars were that an option. Just after the warranty we decided to run the self clean cycle for the first time... Big Mistake!! Now although the top is working, the oven is dead and locked down. After researching this it has become apparent that this is a known problem, that KitchenAid refuses to acknowledge. (see eg [@] ), where at the time of writing there are 53
