I cook large amounts of food at one time and freeze what we don't eat. We have times when we are pressed for time and pulling out a meat that I know is natural and tastes great is important. The more even heating with the convection is great. Still getting used to that and don't miss watching my stuff baking and making sure I doesn't brown unevenly.

I absolutely hate the glass cooktop. It's a nightmare to clean. It takes forever to boil water. The ovens are fantastic, which is why we bought this unit. Small oven is great for most uses and the large lower oven is great for family functions. On a day to day basis I would rather eat a sandwich than try to use the stove top. Twenty minutes of cooking time requires another twenty minutes to clean.

I love my "double" oven. I debated between this one and a traditional, one-door oven for a while, but I'm so pleased with my purchase. This style makes cooking multiple dishes a breeze. I can't wait to use it for the next big family get-together.
