The knobs on the range do not have to be pushed in to turn on, just brushing the control knob as you walk by can turn on the heating element. Already had one incident.
The range is pretty and works well but the glass top is hard to clean and appears to have a film on it that smears as you try to clean it.

This is a great stove in how it works and how it looks. We live where getting a gas stove is not really an option, and though we have stainless steel industrial stove taste, we don't have the budget. This stove meets our needs and has enough extra features that it doesn't feel like much of a compromise from what we "wish" we could get. In fact it is really probably a better choice for us.
