It took a while to get but I like it so far except you can't rinse in cold water unless I haven't figured out how to yet. There was a small area of bad paint but not a big enough deal to send it back. It has many different wash cycles. You can lift the lid and you don't have to wait for it to stop. You can fill with water to the level that you want or have it fill automatically to save water.
