This freezer works well and does have two removeable hanging baskets for smaller items so they don't get lost in the bottom. There is a problem with frost/ice building up around the lid/seal which a service technician couldn't correct by manual adjustments, so the freezer had to be replaced. The second unit is much better, but there is still a problem in one spot. The problem is not uncommon as
