Refrigerator has been used a total of 10 days. Flap that opens to allow ice to flow from inside the freezer to the dispenser cycles continually and will not stop. Tried restarting, running diagnostics, etc. and no luck. Clearly a defective part, but Bosch will not stand by their product. Also, water dispenser and ice dispenser launch everywhere except into the glass unless it has a huge top. B

nice cooktop, very professional looking. a couple of things that is a problem is the installation. I followed installation direction with the anchor on the sides and it still moves when you move the cooktop. I called goedeker customer service and they cannot help me. the problem is the metal strip anchor does not stay put when you screw it on the side of stove, it moves.
