I was very excited when this stove came, however, after one month usage, the plastic face where the buttons are has warped. I do not misuse my stove, and when I called Frigidaire, they said it may not even be covered due to using "to big a pot" on the 'large surface'. I do not use pots for commercial usage, I cook for my family of 5. So you get a large surface that you have to be careful not to us

The stove was delivered by the second week. I was notified by a carrier and set up a time to receive it. It was delivered on time. The stove was properly packaged and there were no damages.
I love the stove. it does everything its advertised to do. i like especially the middle large burner for the griddle which was included for free. I highly recommend both the product and the vendor!

We've had the gas range for a month and are very happy with it. The oven works great, especially the convection feature. We bake bread almost every weekend and it does a really good job, just as expected. The stove top works well too, and I like the different size burners. We've had this gas range for about 3 weeks now. It's a monster to move... really heavy. Everything seems to work good for now and it looks very nice. Number1Direct has been a pleasure to work with. I was very skeptical about buying from an online retailer but the range arrived brand new. Okay, happy shopping!
