COns - cold air that blows from under the glass top is annoying expecially first thing in the morning when it's cold. It probably helps to cool off the top but I would prefer to be able to shut it off.

Blows out so much air when on, I have to put a towel over the top of the oven door up to the range just to stand there and cook...very dissatisfied with that. When it is cooling down it is very loud and disturbing. The knobs are difficult to read as to which eye you want to turn on...very dissappointed for what I spent on this product.

Whenever oven or any surface element is on, internal fan blows air at the cook. My wife is 5'1" and she feels it in her face. It is very unpleasant. I contacted manufacturer (Electrolux). They told me that it's a feature that keeps internal components cool.

Love the stove and features including the constant air flow when in use (over or burners). Has very hot burners and have to get use to that. The only drawback is that the black ceramic glass cooktop is difficult to clean even though I use the recommended Cerama Bryte cleaner. It leaves a film.

The controls facing up are a big plus; they are easy to see vs the controls others have located on the front, you have to bend down to see the controls.
If you have children the controls facing up keep them out of sight. The light lets you know when the surface is hot, and a fan continues to cool the surface for a while to reduce the time it is hot after use.

I love the fact that the bottom rack in the oven opens when you open the door, however it seems that if you cook anything that low in the oven it burns the bottom. The oven seems to run quite hot, and I'm not even using the convection part. The larger burner is great, but if you have to boil anything on the smaller burners be prepared to wait.
