Review Title: bit of a learning curve | Review by

Overall Rating
I would not buy this dishwasher again, my 20 yr old dishwasher cleaned better that this one. Better off hand washing your dishes and using it as a drying rack or sanitizer.
PRO's- super quiet, you cannot tell if its running and it is pretty. Nice room on top shelf, allows for a lot of flexibility. Bottom shelf also deep, but poor flexibility. I love the wine holders. Very deep so it can hold water bottles and mason jars. However there is a ton or residue on all our glasses, tiny food particles and a white powder.(we did buy jet dry, no help)

CONS: The cycles are very long. The top rack is super wobbly and not easy to pull in and out and often takes two hands. I have no doubt the rack will break at some point. Not sturdy construction at all feels cheap. The bottom rack is constantly coming off the track and it is very frustrating as it gets stuck. I don't love that you cant see the buttons to know if its running or on or done. You have to open it to see how long is left in a cycle and if its running. We have to wash our cups/glasses again in sink after dishwasher cycle due to food particles and white residue. Silver ware does not come very clean, and we have even tried pre washing dishes -not just scrape and rinsing- but washing and we still have residue all over glasses. Bottom rack space is weird and cannot hold casserole dishes or larger bowls well and plates fall over- spokes are too short and too close together so bowls can fit in at all. Have to use top rack for bowls and any casserole dishes. does have nice depth though.
"This dish washer is not quite as dandy as I had hoped. It sure looks good, but requires the dishes to be pretty clean when they are inserted. I have found that cleaning the cylinder filter every time helps."(my husbands quote)

Bottom line- I wish we could get our money back and buy another one or fix our old one...very disappointing product. I wish I would not have put our old one on the curb, or I would have had my husband put it back in.
