This oven is very easy and user friendly. The oven that I replaced it with was over 60 years old and the original with house. This oven works much like a microwave. You always hit start after you enter your function and if you make a mistake you just hit cancel. The one touch cook is very simple and I use it for Pizza. It is perfect for me since I'm in my 80's and live alone. Only negative would
