I plan on never using your online store again.I went online to find an oven for my oldest son's home.I ordered it on 12/14/11 knew it was close to Christmas and possiblity would take 2-3 weeks delivery,but did not expect it to take as long as it did,with no help what so ever other than Amanda advising she needed a copy of my driver's license and utility bill.I advised my son it would get here soon
