The product arrived severly dented and chipped. We accepted it because it was for a rental property. My husband straightened it up and touched it up with some white paint. If we weren't desperate I would have never accepted it. Seeing how it took me over two weeks to get it I didn't figure I would have much luck getting a refund or successful exchange. Spend the extra money and go to [@]!!!!
