Got the fridge in and Immediately swapped the standard thermostat with an Eliwell digital model with temperature readout and compressor control. (The Eliwell thermostat gives a very wide and accurate programmable temperature control for our dough rising processes.) I absolutely LOVE this fridge!! We have it as our primary fridge and it looks so expensive! We wanted our kitchen to have a restaurant look to it and this definitely completes the look. Take note that it's especially handy for tall people - with the casters on it stands at over 6'! VERY pleased with fridge.
