We purchased this dishwasher in July 2011 and installed it in September as we renovated our kitchen. In the 16 months since it's been installed, it's been broken five times and has been out of service for a total of 12 weeks. So far, they've replaced both control boards, installed a repair kit to solve a known problem, and are now talking about replacing the motor and a couple of other parts.

This dishwasher has leaked on my hardwood floors and been consistantly fixed by the repair man and then he is back to fix something else that goes wrong. Computer went out, computer went out again and
then wash pump...looks beautiful doesn't wash the dishes well at all. Is very quiet though but what a terrible waste of money.
