I've always wanted an induction range; it's the most impressive appliance in my new kitchen and it's everything I'd hoped for EXCEPT the ovens take forever to heat up. I'm completely sold on induction cooking. It makes cooking so much faster for those last minute ideas. It truly boils water in 90 seconds. The Electrolux was intimidating at first because everything is computerized. But it turned out to be very intuitive and we were making great meals in no time.
