Came with a stabilizer plate and we didn't need it when it is put on the countertop. We decided the lever worked best for us in front of faucet and could move it right for hot and left for cold.

This great-looking faucet has the appearance of a much more expensive model. The quality construction is apparent throughout. The magentic clip on the sprayer is a great feature that keeps the head of the faucet secure. The best part is installation is extremely easy. Removing your old faucet is the only hard part.
