Product is basically OK. No better or worse than the circa 15 year old generic brand product it replaced. You can hear the drum rolling as much, maybe even more, than the old dryer. I didn't expect that and so have to consider this a disappointment. I can't tell whether these problems originate with the product or with the excessive damage to the dryer caused by the very poor delivery (see service
