Can run the dw while sitting at the breakfast table in the same room and can't hear it until it starts draining. Even then it is quiet. When it is draining, company has asked if that was the dw and were amazed that they had not heard it before then.

We just purchased this dishwasher in July to replace our old westinghouse. What a difference.
The attractive design,the adjustable racks inside,the smooth, extremely quiet operation meets our satisfaction so far.The only thing is the placement of the utensils requires a master's degree in engenering according to the book.Otherwise we love it.

We chose the Bosch after exstinsive research. It was top rated by the leading consumer magazine and is VERY quiet.It was a little hard to load at first ,but fine once you are used to it.

It's not just beautiful on the exterior but the interior is equally attractive. It is very quiet and very easy to load because the rack tines flip down for increased flexibilty (if needed). Top rack comes completely out for extra tall items. There are 5 wash cycles to choose from. You can wash a half load (top rack or bottom rack). I love my Bosch dishwasher!
