Product was [...] installed and within a day of using was catching on fire, we called Bosch who asked us a bunch of questions then said they would give the information to management for a decision.....this puzzled me but finally they called and had a new one not only sent but delivered and installed at our convenience. Thank You Bosch! It works great now.
