This is such a great oven! I really am using all the convection features, which I wasn't too sure about before I bought this thing. It really does make a difference. If I'm making pizza, I use the convection pizza function; when I'm baking, I use the convection bake function - it really works! It shaves about 5-15 minutes off the cook time, and the food comes out nice and crispy. The chicken

This oven heats reasonably fast and the convection bake is wonderful. There are so many features on this oven that I haven't been able to find a use for them all, but I am trying.
