Purchase new been repaired 7 times, water freezes under drawer then defrosts and leaks in the floor. After 7 service calls Bosch now says it will not work because i have a whole house water filteration system, they did not tell me that when i purchased. Love the look and flexibility of this refrigerator. Only problems I've had are that the ice maker seems easily disrupted and the alarm when you leave the door open too long can be useful but annoying. However, the freezer drawer is spacious, accessible, and easily cleaned. I'd buy it again.
