We order our products directly from the manufacturer and do not keep full stock of all products in our warehouse. Therefore, all products that are listed on our site are available as reported by the manufacturer and to the best of our knowledge.
There are some exceptions to this rule and we will display availability on the product page as follow:

Availability: Special Order - this is a made to order product and shipping time would be extended

All of our overstock items are brand new in box and come with a full manufacturer warranty. The only difference is that we have a lot of them already in our warehouse. These items usually ship faster and you’ll receive a discount because we purchased too many.
Our prices are adjusted daily to make sure you receive the lowest price possible. If you make a purchase and the price of that product goes down afterward, we can offer a one time price adjustment to the lower price. We will adjust the price only one time per product and it must happen before the product ships. Note: the customer must request the price adjustment
Our 10-Year Warranty specifically covers common parts to be replaced. These are the most frequent parts that need to be replaced over time in appliances. This does not include the labor for replacing the part, only the part itself. You must opt into this warranty; it is not provided automatically. When you are on the product page, you have the option to select which kind of warranty you would like. If you would like to opt into this warranty, please make sure you select it at that time.
