We only deliver to the 48 contiguous United States. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO, and FPO currently.

We order our products directly from the manufacturer and do not keep full stock of all products in our warehouse. Therefore, all products that are listed on our site are available as reported by the manufacturer and to the best of our knowledge.

There are many items we carry in our showroom which aren’t yet featured on our website and vice versa. As we continue to build our site, we expect to get all of our products online. Simply call us at 1-888-768-1710 or e-mail our with the brand and model number for the product you saw and we will get back to you with a quote within 24 hours (typically faster).

All of our overstock items are brand new in box and come with a full manufacturer warranty. The only difference is that we have a lot of them already in our warehouse. These items usually ship faster and you’ll receive a discount because we purchased too many.

Our 10-Year Warranty specifically covers common parts to be replaced. These are the most frequent parts that need to be replaced over time in appliances. This does not include the labor for replacing the part, only the part itself. You must opt into this warranty; it is not provided automatically. When you are on the product page, you have the option to select which kind of warranty you would like. If you would like to opt into this warranty, please make sure you select it at that time.
