3 Steps to better sleep!
- Decide your comfort level. Mattresses come in a variety of comfort levels. You can read about the different comfort levels in our Expert Mattress Shopper guide. Choose between Firm, Plush, Pillow Top/Euro Top or Memory Foam mattresses, and you’ll be on your way to better sleep.
- Decide your brand. While this step may not be important to some, others may come into mattress shopping with a specific brand in mind.
- Decide your size. Don't worry you are almost done and this is the easy part. Just select the size that you want. If the size you have now is working for you, why fix what isn't broken? Comfort is probably the most important factor in choosing a mattress. When purchasing a mattress online, it can sometimes be a challenge to determine comfort level. At Goedeker's, we understand this, which is why we offer our 100 Day Comfort Guarantee. We want you to have complete comfort with your new mattress, so we will exchange it for 100 days after delivery. Adjusting to a new mattress can take some time, which is why we ask that you wait two weeks after delivery to contact us with an exchange request.
- Mattresses are not refundable
- Exchange offer not valid until 2 weeks after delivery date
- Exchange offer remains valid for 100 days after delivery date
- Exchange only valid for mattresses of the same size
- We will not refund the difference of price if you exchange for a lower cost mattress
- Any mattress of greater cost requires payment for the price difference
- Limit one exchange per customer
- $99 processing fee required
- No additional shipping fees
If your mattress is damaged during shipment, we will take care of the exchange right away for no additional charge. All you have to do is refuse the delivery and not sign for the product as "clean."
