"My experience with Godeker's was great. The purchase went smoothly. The delivery process was in "in process" status for a while that put me in the dark about when it would come. It finally showed up about 2 weeks after I placed the order. Thank You. We really enjoy the new oven which is a major upgrade from our old one. We are very happy with the price we paid and we will be happier when we see the rebate ($200) coming. The free 10 year warranty from Godeker's is a plus, but hopefully we will never use it."

"I was very happy with the whole process and the Goedeker's customer service members with whom I spoke were all very helpful and courteous. After receiving notice that my order was en route to Goedeker's and would be shipped by them in 48 to 72 hours I did have to call them after over a week but that was a minor concern and, coincidentally, the item was being shipped the day I called. The price I paid for the fridge and dishwasher were very competitive and the bonus was they would deliver to our remote zip code in Northern NM. I don't recall the exact price but I would recommend opting for the "white glove" delivery option on a fridge. It was akin to taking the Starship Enterprise for a spin in setting up the fridge. I would highly recommend Goedekers and would definitely make them my first stop should I have needs in the future for other products."

"For years were had a defective stovetop. And we'd make trips to Nebraska Furniture or Furniture Outlet and were disappointed as the size 36 x 20 was hard to come by. We had an existing downdraft and that further complicated the issue. Before I came across the right sized stovetop in a Sears store in Ohio, and we would have had to pay a lot in shipping. In desperation we searched the Internet recently and you had just what we wanted and it was delivered at a reasonable price. We are most grateful you were out there. Thank you."

"Experience was very good. I wish when I told the guy that we were not going to pay the extra for installation that he had of advised me to order a cord to go with the oven. It does not come with one. Also, it say on a small stick on sheet "Before usng your Cooktop for the first time apply a protective coating of the SUPPLIED Cleaner and buff. This was not supplied with my stove. I am sure they wil make it good and send me these 2 missing pieces. I'm sure this was just an oops. This company has a great reputation!"

Chelsea VanHove was their customer support person and she went way out of her way to help me. She even called me twice to ease my fears about my order. I told her the measurements of my existing ovens and she told me they exactly matched what I was ordering. When they arrived, they fit perfectly! I now have an oven that actually works and has a 10 year warranty. The service I have received from Goederker's so far has been outstanding. "This was the first time that I had placed an order with Goedeker's, but I can assure you that is will NOT be the last time. To be quite honest, we are building a new house and the refrigerator that we ordered got here too quickly. It is sitting in my garage, waiting for the contractor to finish the house. When you add the free shipping and no state sales tax the savings were even more significant. The oven was delivered in just a few days. Your staff's professional, friendly manner is now considered unusual in our American work society when not so long ago it was considered mandatory. "I purchased a GE Electric Range online from Goedeker's and it is a great product at a very reasonable price. We are pleased with performance of the product. The only downside to the purchase is my own fault. I did not thoroughly check the item before signing off. There is a dent in the bottom left side of the unit where a tie down strap must have been too secure. It doesn't appear to affect the unit's performance, just cosmetically. As I said, it's my own fault for not checking the product thoroughly during the delivery process."

"I don't often take the time to write companies to discuss recent transactions but I thought this time deserved special consideration. I placed an online order for a GE Profile electric slide in range the weekend after Thanksgiving after determining that your company had the best price (by far). I was a little apprehensive about having a big ticket item delivered sight unseen but my wife and I decided it was worth the chance. I received an email notification that day but after several days of no correspondence thought I should call to check the status. I spoke with Lisa (ext. 319) and explained to her my concerns. Not only did she alleviate all of those but she also told me that I could call her personally anytime to check the status. She stated that it would probably be two more weeks before I received my item so you can imagine my surprise (and delight) when I received it three days later! The range was in perfect shape and installed easily and most importantly, my wife loves it. Long story short, I feel too many times companies only hear about the bad experiences of customers and not the good and I wanted to make sure that you personally knew how satisfied I was. I tried to order from my local big box store; however, I was told it would be after Thanksgiving before I received delivery. This would NOT do. "I am glad i bought my appliance thru them even though i had a few problems with the refrigerator which is currently on order to be repaired The delivery was professional and even showed me the scratch and dent at the bottom of the refrigerator I accepted it because the damage was minor and would not hurt the refrigerator performance I got a credit for the damage and was pleased with the customer service and they went the extra mile on that after the delivery contractor did not complete their purpose. i had some doors that were not wide enough for the refrigerator to be just rolled in place. They had to take off the doors to get the refrigerator in. When they first delivered it they were not equipped to handle that problem so I called Goedeker's customer service and Cassandra from their staff took care of all of the issues and to my amazement they even installed the water line and put the refrigerator in its place and took all of the packing out and put the handles on too. They did the extra mile and I appreciated it and very pleased with the service now. Thank you Goedeker's for going the extra mile."

"After having problems with several items, from a " big box store," AND after learning from the manufacturer that the big box store had the description wrong on the gas range top I was considering, I began an online search for other sellers of the same item. When I found Goedeker's, I called and the representative was helpful, well-informed, and professional. He also treated me like my business was valued even though I was just a potential customer asking questions. I called back later and a female representative was just as helpful. The range top came within a reasonable time, but we had a delay with installation so have only been using it a few days. So far, it is GREAT and we look forward to it being used for years to come. The only note I would have to make is that we were told to open the item before signing for it, however, the carrier (not by freight line since one smaller item only) wasn't too happy about that. "We were planning to purchase a new refrigerator and wall oven/microwave combination at our local appliance store. I got on line to read reviews about the items when I saw the Goedeker web site. When I compared the prices on the same items I was able to save $1000 total. I was reluctant to purchase major appliances on line but was convinced to do so when I read your mission statement, and learned that I would get a 10 year warranty on all appliances as opposed to the1year warranty the store would offer. We decided it was worth it to wait 6 weeks for our order to arrive. The shipping company called to schedule the delivery and came on time. We purchased the $99 white glove delivery so we could inspect the items and have our old appliances hauled away. When I told the deliver he was to take the old appliances, he said he wasn't informed of this and that "they have been having trouble with Goedeker's" over this and I would have to call you. I did as he called his boss to complain. Your employee assured me that they were indeed to take the old appliances and asked to speak with the deliver. Shortly afterwards he got a call from his boss asking to speak with me and said he was indeed to take the old appliances and apologized. We installed the refrigerator and 2 days later had the ovens installed. They fit perfectly into our existing cabinets according to the measurements on your web site. I just love my Frigidaire appliances , the savings, the 10 year warranty, and the 6 mo no interest financing. I have already recommended Goedeker's to others and would order from you again. My only suggestion is utilizing a shipper who is informed about the delivery options you offer."

"Although I was leery about buying a refrigerator on line, Goedeker's was fine to deal with. The buying process was easy, the price the best I could find for the refrigerator I wanted, and customer service was helpful at one point when I needed it. A couple of things to be aware of though. If you need an appliance right away, buy locally. If you are remodeling or upgrading, or just not in a hurry, buying on line is fine. It took three weeks to get my fridge. Keep tracking your merchandise. Several shipping companies were involved and my paperwork got messed up somewhere along the way, delaying my delivery. It took a few frustrating phone calls to the different freight companies and one call to Goedeker's to straighten it out. The guy delivering my fridge tried to get me to sign for it before I had a chance to check it out. He was a bit grumpy about it, but I checked the product out before signing. This is a must, so keep this in mind. If you're going to buy a product like this on line, be aware that it is a bit more hassle getting the product into the house and setting it up yourself, but if you're handy, you can save a considerable amount of money."

"It has been over a year since I purchased all of my "high end" appliances (kitchen and laundry) from Goedeker's. Since our new home construction had just been completed I never took the time to go online and give a review. I have had a year to enjoy my purchases and I feel I owe it to prospective buyers and also to Goedeker's to state my experience.

My salesperson was Gary and I just could not have asked for a better experience. He was so very knowledgeable, answering all questions and helped me make wonderful choices. The delivery went great, right with my schedule and everything was in perfect condition.

I did do a lot of research on my products beforehand. I gave myself plenty of time to have the appliances ready to meet the builder's schedule. I went on line and had all the dimensions printed out so that the cabinet maker had all the necessary measurements. Gary highly recommended that I pay the additional $100.00 for the "White Glove Delivery" because it was a very large order - money, number of items and weight. We were so thankful, being seniors, with white-glove the delivery people unpack, inspect, bring into the home and even helped me log all my serial numbers.

My only problem was that our builder got behind and he was not ready for the appliances at the time frame he had given me and he did not want them on site until he was ready for installation. This was a big concern for me because I had stayed in contact with Gary as to when I needed my order and I knew that the agreement was to accept the order when all items were ready for shipment. Goedeker's did their part in having my order ready for the date I gave them but now my builder is not ready for the delivery. I was aware that Goedeker's does not have facilities to store but I contacted them and explained that I was in temp living quarters and would have to rent storage if they could not hold them for a couple more weeks. With Gary's help, I was able to talk to the owner and he agreed to hold the order for several more weeks in consideration of my situation. I was so grateful for this exceptional treatment.

From the beginning I had told my builder to take out the appliance allowance because I wanted to make my own selection and purchase. By purchasing from Goedeker's I was able to get the high end appliances for little more than what was allowed for the standard builder's choice.

I am so proud of my kitchen and laundry room. These are the two rooms I most especially love to show!

I could not have asked for a better company to deal with. I will always appreciate you and will continue to recommend Goedeker's to all my family and friends."

It seems that a lot of people don't understand the concept of just-in-time inventory and are blaming product delays on the seller when the responsibility lands in the manufacturer's court. The reason that Goedeker's is able to offer such low prices is that they do not keep inventory on hand. You may think that stores offer better service but this is rarely the case. If there was a difference in a price between two companies, the delivery fees were more than enough to still choose Goedeker's. They were very helpful, and called to verify information that was not clear. When they emailed with a schedule, they were right on. The callers to set up delivery time were very cordial. This is the first time we have had a delivery of this magnitude. The delivery people were very helpful and not at all insulted when opening each box for inspection - in fact it was their suggestion! My appliances are installed in my new kitchen and look soooooo good. My family has asked where I got them, and very surprised when I tell them where and the savings. THANK YOU!!!!"
